By Oude Tol Farm Bougain Villa is located on a working cattle and sheep farm on the Nuwekloof Pass towards Tulbagh. The farm stretches from the top of the mountain ridge down across the Kleinberg River, the old historic toll road, and to the railway line, along which the Shosholoza Meyl runs.
Bougain Villa is built in a U-shape with 2 apartments called Bougain Villa Green and Bougain Villa Red. Bougain Villa Green provides accommodation for 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and a bath.
