Phosphor, is a meticulously crafted 3-bedroom house perfectly located on the oceanfront in Strand and is ideal for a family or a group of friends. The interior of this property is impeccable and has the most amazing views of sunsets.
This self-catering home can accommodate 6 guests. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom which has a bath and shower. The other 2 bedrooms each have a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. All rooms are air-conditioned and include Egyptian cotton bedding and towels.
The spacious open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, containing a fridge-freezer, a gas stove and oven, a bean-to-cup coffee machine, an 8-seater dining table, and all necessary appliances to prepare and cook meals. For guests’ convenience, the house also offers a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble-dryer to use.
The adjacent living area offers guests entertainment which includes a vintage arcade machine, record player, and flat-screen TV with Netflix, Prime Video, Showmax and Disney Plus. It opens up to the indoor sea-facing entertainment room featuring a remote-operated retractable roof, a plunge pool, a flat-screen TV, a built-in braai, and a pizza oven.
