Mind-blowing, welcoming and safe. Louise made sure that the house was well-prepared for us. There were two gas braai stoves and two cooking stoves (one for gas and one for electricity). The pool was clean and had a safety net for the kids. All bedrooms are equipped with working air conditioners. The housekeeper was friendly and very helpful. She made sure we understood how everything works.

Our stay was quite invigorating. The peace and tranquillity was tremendously enjoyed. There were loads of fun activities, including the golf cart which we thoroughly enjoyed. The host, Louise, was very helpful and saw to our needs. Everything was in abundance. Will definitely recommend the place to others and will be booking again soon.

House and facilities are lovely, everything needed and more. Zimbali has been a place I try to get to every year for years. The security measures at Zimbali increased so much on this last visit that it was really unpleasant. Tenants' access is so restricted that some of the great advantages of coming to Zimbali no longer exist. The major detours that have to be driven to the west gate, and beach gate access being taken away are deal breakers for me as far as Zimbali is concerned. It's a shame because I'd love to stay at 13 Yellow Wood again anytime as it's a fantastic place.

Absolutely amazing, home away from home. Beautiful, calming, clean, I love the space and the fact that each room has its own bathroom. The hosts were friendly and accommodating and made sure we were comfortable. I will definitely be back.
