House Rules

The apartment uses prepaid electricity. The electricity is for the guest's own account. For convenience, units will be loaded before arrival. Guests will need to buy any additional units they may need.
No more than 4 guests are allowed to overnight in the apartment at any time.
No pets allowed.
No parties allowed.
No smoking allowed in the apartment.
The bath towels may not be used as beach towels.
All windows and doors need to be closed when guests are not in the apartment. Strand is well-known for wind that can get very strong very suddenly and that can lead to damage.
No noise or loud music allowed.
Quiet time between 22:00 and 08:00.
No wet feet in the elevators.
No laundry or towels may be hung over the balcony railings.
Please don't throw any food, cigarettes or any other items off the balcony.
Please note that guests cannot check-in on 25 or 26 December or 1 January.
