14 Milkwood is an elegantly designed home, proudly positioned on a large and exclusive site with lush forest and lovely views. This villa is situated within the Zimbali Coastal Estate and is an ideal option for a family getaway as this villa boasts gorgeous views of the estate and has an inviting on-site swimming pool.
This air-conditioned villa can comfortably accommodate 10 guests and comprises 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The spacious main suite is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, bath, double vanity and toilet. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen-size bed, the fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds and the fifth bedroom has a double bed. There is another bathroom with a bath and a shower, while the other 2 bathrooms have a shower. Quality linen and bath towels are provided.
The spacious living area features a stylish kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. For guests’ convenience, a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are available too. Leading from this kitchen is a dining space with ample seating for everyone to enjoy their meals together. The lounge has comfortable seating and a TV with DStv.
Adjacent to the lounge is a second dining space and a bar with stools. Through the sliding doors is a wooden deck with sun loungers and a jacuzzi which is a great spot for guests to unwind. The other side of the home opens onto a spacious courtyard with a swimming pool and a lounging space with braai facilities. Guests are afforded secure parking in a double garage and 2 extra parking spaces.
