Beautiful property, great value, but the host's attitude left us feeling unwelcome. The property was beautiful, clean, and truly a great value. Everything about the stay was wonderful, except for the attitude of the host. Unfortunately, I felt somewhat unwelcome during check-in, as the host remained silent throughout most of the tour and only offered brief explanations in certain areas. We also waited around 20 minutes to be checked in, which made our arrival less smooth. While I could have overlooked her behaviour toward me, I felt it was unprofessional for her to act this way in front of my family, especially as we were there to celebrate. A smile or even an effort to be pleasant would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this aspect left a bit of a sour note on an otherwise pleasant experience.
