Ligging is fantasties met pragtige see-uitsig. Maar die potte, ketel en eetgerei is nie op standaard nie. Geen asbliksakke is voorsien nie. Groenteskiller is geroes, houtbord en houtlepel is afgebreek. Mat voor voordeur is in twee geskeur. Linne en beddegoed in swak kondisie.
