Very good, really love it. Very beautiful place. The amenities are all within walking distance. Great beach area. The apartment was also great value for money.

Sub-standard accommodation, cracked crockery, curtains off tracks, no wifi and no TV connection. Breakage deposit not included in quote or invoice, but indicated separately as a footnote, and payable to a separate agency. Very inconvenient for customers. Unit had an old stale smell and did not appear fresh and clean. A horrible experience, will not stay there again.

Comfortable stay. La Ballito 401 is a neat and tidy flat that suited our needs perfectly. It's close to the beach and has a partial sea view. It was fine for two people but would be a bit on the small side for a family.

Great place and location. Beautiful. Perfect view. Only defect was a bit of mould on shower floor but besides that it's a great place.

Excellent. Include cleaning service provided.
