50 Patricia Road is situated in Ballito, perched high on a hill, approximately 80 meters above sea level, and a mere 350 meters from the beach. It offers quality accommodation for a family or group of friends. It is within easy reach of numerous shops, restaurants, the beach, activities, and attractions.
An inverter has been installed and power cuts will no longer affect guests' holiday.
The house comprises 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 adults and can provisions can be made for children. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin, and walks out onto a balcony with sea views. There are 4 other bedrooms fitted with either a double- or a king-size bed. The second bathroom has a bath, toilet, and basin, the third bathroom has a shower and basin and a separate toilet and the fourth bathroom has a shower, toilet, and basin.
There are 2 well-equipped kitchens equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery, and cutlery. The second kitchen is located at the pool area. Also available are a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, chest freezer, and a bar fridge.
There are also 2 living areas with stacked doors leading to the swimming pool. Each has comfortable couches as well as 2 smart TVs, one with Explora and the other with Xtra View, as well as a dining area with ample seating where guests can enjoy their meals together.
All of the bedrooms and 1 living area have ceiling fans, and 1 living area has air-conditioning. Four of the rooms have doors leading to the swimming pool area. For added security, all rooms that have a door leading outside are equipped with a security gate.
The covered patio area has sliding doors and awnings to protect against wind, with a Webber braai.
There is also a parking area for at least 4 cars with fencing and an electric gate.
A swimming pool with incredible sea views rounds off the house, ensuring an incredible holiday in a quiet cul-de-sac.
It is important for guests to note that the house is in a residential area and that excessive noise and noise in the evenings won't be tolerated. the property also can't be used to host functions or parties, where guests from outside are let in.
