Great location, direct access to the unit. Beautiful sea view. Third time we vacationed at the place and once again everything was perfect.

Beautiful place with a nice view of the sea. We were in the midst of the floods there, but the strong old place stood its ground against it.

Beautiful place. It's one of the nicest places we've visited in the 30 years we've been visiting Margate and the surrounding area. Well equipped and very nicely laid out. The garage's roof is just too low for our vehicle and he had to stand in the sun the whole time. The grill is the stupidest and most impractical grill I have ever had to grill with in my life. The soap dispenser in the master bathroom is mounted in a very bad place because it protrudes far over the bath and is in the way all the time.

We visited as a family with 3 generations together for a week. The unit had clearly not been upgraded for a long time. Pillows must be replaced! No mattress or pillow protectors were available. Only 1 bath mat was available which was extremely inconvenient. Inventory also urgently needs to be adjusted. Certain items are missing and other items are not listed. Directions for entry led to wrong gate. We had to wait 20 min for someone to direct us to correct gate for entry.

The complex is very well located but in general needs quite a bit of maintenance. The location of the complex is very good but does not compare well to other complexes in the area. The price must compete with many other apartments that are better equipped and more modern (in the same street). I realize that Covid plays a big role in the rental market, but the competition in the area is great and I feel that the whole complex, as well as the apartment, will need to be upgraded to remain competitive. Even some of the furniture in the apartment is already very outdated (more than 10 years), because I stayed there 10 years ago too.

It's convenient and between all the necessary places. We will definitely stay at Allesreg Chalet B2 again for our next visit. It's nice and comfortable and close to everything.

Very good. Nice sea view. Would be able to do some whale-watching in September. The beaches are clean. A good area for walking and jogging.
