Beach House on Wye Rd is a spacious self-catering home located directly in front of Ski Beach, offering breathtaking, unobstructed sea views.

This house has a sleeping capacity of 16 guests and comprises 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms upstairs The first, second, and third bedrooms are each furnished with 2 double beds, while the fourth and fifth bedrooms each have 1 double bed. The third, fourth, and fifth bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with a shower. The guest bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. There is also a separate toilet downstairs. Linen and towels are provided.

Downstairs is a sea-facing kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, and a washing machine, iron and iron board for guests’ convenience. It extends to the dining area and further opens to the lounge furnished with comfy couches and a smart TV with access to Netflix and Youtube. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available.

The house features a spacious sea-facing outdoor area that includes a children's playground, a braai area, and a swimming pool overlooking the ocean. It offers convenient parking with an electronic double garage equipped with a remote. The property is fully enclosed with a fenced yard and is secured with outdoor security alarms and beams, monitored 24/7 by a security service. We request all guests to make use of the alarm.
We charge a Refundable House deposit of R750 which is payable directly to the property prior to check-in. No cash accepted.
Linen changes for guests booked more than 4 nights, on request only.
We offer a cleaning service at an extra cost of R380 per day on request and bookable within a 48 hour notice period. No cleaner is available on public holidays.
Although we allow small parties, note quiet hours are strictly from 11pm.
Check-in from 2pm and check-out at 10am. We request all greasy pots and pans be cleaned , litter kept in bins and the house to be locked before your departure.
