Unpleasant. Our reception was not nice, they were not prepared for us on arrival. The cups and plates were dirty in the cupboard, we had to clean them before use. One bathroom's water didn't get hot, and you couldn't set the other bathroom's water for a comfortable shower. The WiFi was only on at times. So staying with teenagers and a 1 year old was no fun at all with WiFi and water being a problem.

Five star accommodation. We stayed at Bergsight the weekend of the 3rd and 4th of August 2019. I would highly recommend the accommodation to anybody. Everything was just perfect. Clean, safe and private. Nothing was a problem for the owners. So I would definitely give them a five star rating.
