Magnificent view that luckily makes up for the mediocre breakfast. The staff at this hotel is absolutely outstanding! Customer service is wonderful and they are attentive, professional and very helpful. I am very, very impressed with the room, facilities, staff and of course, the breathtaking view. Unfortunately I am more than disappointed in the restaurant 'Waves'. Absolutely overpriced with blah food and a breakfast buffet that is absolutely below par. Whatever you do, do not order your breakfast as room service! The food is cold, unappetising and just not on the level that one would expect from such an exquisite hotel. Very disappointing. And of course, very disappointing that you cannot even make yourself a cuppa coffee or charge a cellphone during loadshedding. Surely for the price that is charged per night the hotel can invest in a proper generator?

Was very good. Shower doesn't have rubber on the bottom of shower door, so water ran through on the marble floors in the bathroom that you don't see. My wife slipped on wet tiles and fell very hard!
