Description
Bondi Beach 13 is a self-catering apartment located in a secure, Tuscan style complex situated in Shelly Beach. The complex boasts direct beachfront access, entertainment facilities for youngsters, a swimming pool, tennis court, and a clubhouse.
This ground-floor apartment can accommodate 6 persons (max 4 adults), and consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is air-conditioned furnished with a queen-size bed, and features an en-suite shower. The second and third bedrooms each 2 three-quarter size beds, and have access to the second bathroom, which has also has a shower.
The fully equipped kitchen contains a fridge, a microwave, an oven with a stove, and a dishwasher. There is also laundry area with a washing machine, and a tumble-dryer to use. The adjacent lounge features air-conditioning and a TV with DStv Explora.
The living area opens onto a patio area which has an outdoor dining table with seating. The complex also boasts 24-hour security and an electric fencing.
