Neat, tidy and safe. I will stay there in the future without thinking twice. Absolutely lovely. The unit was very clean and tidy. The photos reflected exactly what the unit looked like. The aircon did make some noise, but when reported, the feedback and assistance were quick.

Stay was OK with a few problems. 1. Windows don't shut properly. 2. Small cockroaches in kitchen. 3. Sharp knives are broken and poor quality. 4. All coffee mugs are small. 5. Aircon not working and sofa dirty. Aircon not working in our apartment for our entire trip after reporting it numerously. The sofa was dirty in the living room. The cookerhood above the stove is not working. Requested if I could book out a bit later on the Sunday as I was working in the area and might not be finished by 10am - was told that we should strictly be out by 10am. The resort itself is in a good location and have good facilities for kids. Will not book with this agent and this room again.
