All furniture clearly visible in pictures and serviceable for this type of unit and if it must be replaced with new furniture tariffs will have to increase. Lots of renovation has been done and is been done on a continuous bases. Main bedroom is en-suite with the entrance to its bathroom on the side when stepping through the door into the room, therefore the bathroom is not visible from inside the room it self, while there is a door to the main bedroom including its en-suite bathroom therefore main bedroom and its bathroom is private with a door.

Will take up the kitchen and crockery that you think was not too clean with the responsible person there as basically there has been very little if ever a complaint. Since it is self-catering, some of the previous guests may have put some of the breakables back in the cupboard and they were not picked up by the responsible person there. Furthermore, I would like to know what maintenance is so urgently needed in the unit as maintenance by the sea is an ongoing task and which with Covid was not too easy. Balconies are currently being completely re-waterproofed after thousands of rands have already been spent on them and we had to wait for the rainy season to pass a bit before it was tackled but hopefully now we are finally with the right contractor. Furthermore, safety gates were removed in front of the sliding doors to be completely replaced, but the balcony must be done first before the Treli doors can be fitted exactly. Furthermore, I really don't know what maintenance needs to be done so urgently within the unit. Unfortunately, I can't speak for the beaches except that you might try to bring it to the municipality's attention, but I live in Musina, Limpopo. Greetings Cecil

Improvements such as brand new high quality security gates in front of the sliding doors which also cover the windows at the same time and other maintenance will be undertaken in early 2021. Security gates and burglar bars are still at the entrance to the apartment on the parking area's side and the ones to the balcony on the sea's side will soon be replaced with new ones, as mentioned above. However, waterproofing and new tiling on the balcony and under the sliding doors must be done first, after which the sliding doors will be installed exactly to match. Dear Sarita, Glad you enjoyed it. However, would like to know what was wrong with the toilet paper holders that were newly installed with the redone bathrooms (2018) so it could possibly be fixed, even though no guests before or after you have complained about it yet? Upon inquiry by me, I further learned that the light on the porch definitely works but if it might not have worked while you were there, it could just be the bulb that blew. It could have been replaced with just one call or message to me basically immediately or maybe you didn't notice the switch behind the curtain and a single call or message could have cleared it up too. Fan in the living room will be replaced as soon as possible as it started to give a problem during December. Regards, Cecil
