Comfortable but not recommended. We were under the impression that there was a sea view. The location of the premises was adjacent to the main security gate - quite noisy from 6 AM onwards.

Thank you for your feedback, Tony. I am sad to see that the apartment did not meet your expectations. I am not sure what brought you under the impression that there was a sea view. The pictures of the apartment nor the description say it has a sea view. Guests do have free access to the roof garden, which has amazing views of the Knysna lagoon and surrounding mountains. I suppose you did not make use of this facility. The apartment is also equipped with double glazed windows and doors to keep the noise levels low. Slight noise could be expected as the apartment is situated in the commercial node of Thesen Islands. I will, in future, provide guests sensitive to noise with ear plugs. I conclude by saying that I take exception to the fact that you do not recommend future guests to book the apartment for reasons of your own misunderstanding of what and where you booked.
