Not what I expected. Was very dissapointed in Claptons. Very dirty. Sleeper couch when opened was full of crumbs and dirt. Equipment in unit very outdated. Braai grid was so rusty. Too much hidden furniture behind couches and under beds. No basic coffee, sugar or tea provided. Fridge so rusty and old refused to store my food in it.

As our staff worked under much pressure they did not open the sleeper couch as there were only 4 guests booked and they should not need the sleeper couch. I can assure you we very seldom get complaints of cleanliness of our accommodation. There is a new fold up braai next to the fridge for use by guests.
