Very nice, beach across the road, see sea from balcony. The kitchen cabinets need an upgrade, smell musty and are swollen. The master bedroom wardrobes struggle to close, lamps don't work. Bathrooms are very neat and the rest of the apartment is neat and we had a very nice stay THANK YOU.

WiFi not working, elevator out of order, no daily cleaning service, half a roll of toilet paper. Noise and mess of place by maintenance people, could not use balcony due to not general condition of building, looks neglected, only one entrance and exit for vehicles per parking area. General impression of entrance hall neglected, lighting poor in apartment, main room no headboard, no mirror or worktop in ladies room. Owner of Cozumel can feel free to put more effort into the decor and bed linen for the asking rate, apartment looks run down for the asking rate.

Nice relaxing holiday without the hustle and bustle of the city. Umdloti is a lovely holiday destination, close to everything. The airport, shopping centers and attractions. The beach is safe for young and old. Cozumel is ideally located, right across from the beach where you can swim. Safe walkways for everyone who wants to walk along the beach, without letting your feet get full of sand.

Basic accommodation with excellent location. My two children and I spent a long weekend here. The apartment has all the basics needed, and is excellently located right in front of the swimming beach. However, there are no extras, and the place's lights were all connected in a way that ensured that lights were turned on and off throughout the apartment as soon as one remote control was used. However, I would recommend it for short visits.
