Cozumel 317 is situated directly opposite Umdloti's main swimming beach and natural tidal pools. From here, guests have direct access to the beach and promenade.

The unit features 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 guests. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed while the second bedroom has 2 single beds. They share a bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and basin.

The fully equipped kitchen features a fridge, stove with oven and microwave. There is bar seating with 4 stools and a lounge area with a Tv that has selected DStv channels next to the kitchen.

Guests have access to a communal swimming pool and braai facilities as well as a patio area and undercover parking with 24-hour security.
