A real gem. Wonderful place to stay. Kids had such fun on the coffee slide, jungle gyms and pool. Very friendly hosts, welcoming and accommodating.

A beautiful log cabin in a safe, tranquil setting, close to Sedgefield, Hoekwil and Wilderness. We had a very friendly welcome from Anke and her husband, as well as their young son and lots of beautiful dogs. Very easy to chat to and offer access to a swimming pool. The house was big and spacious with a huge balcony area and Weber. We loved our stay amongst the fynbos and succulents and were close to all the beaches and walks; we also spent a fantastic morning paragliding with Cloudbase. Would definitely recommend staying at GemAfrica.

Anke and Falk was so welcoming and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The surroundings of the cabin are breathtaking, with nothing but nature and the sounds of birds filling the air. We would recommend Gem Africa if you need a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and just wanting to reconnect with yourself and with nature. We will be back, for sure!
