Lantin @ Sea is a self-catering apartment in a security complex in Margate. This apartment offers a beautiful view of the sea and the fishing pier from the balcony.
This first-floor apartment can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom opens onto a balcony with sea views and is furnished with a queen-size bed as well as an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. These 2 bedrooms make use of the second bathroom with a shower. Guests must please bring their own swimming and bath towels.
The main living area features a kitchen, dining and living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. Leading from the kitchen is a 6-seater dining table and the lounge with comfortable seating and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels.
Through the sliding doors, there is an ocean-view balcony with outdoor seating and built-in braai and braai equipment. Guests are afforded secure parking and the complex is within walking distance of the beach and restaurants.
