Description
This Modern Beach House stands as a beautiful newly renovated holiday home and an entertainers dream. Located directly across from the main Kabeljous beach in Jeffreys Bay, it’s perfect for those who love beachside entertainment and relaxation.
This house can accommodate a total of 10 adults and 2 children and comprises 4 bedrooms inside the house and a fifth ensuite flatlet located outside all with separate entrances from the garden. The bedrooms are furnished with twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed with a double bed in the 5th bedroom. Linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, 2 ovens, deep freeze, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, and extends to the 14-seater dining table where guests can enjoy their meals and a large TV lounge. The entertainment room boasts a pool table and dart board, with a lovely indoor braai and opens up to the balcony. Free Fibre internet is included and for power outages, the house is equipped with an inverter for fibre connectivity and to keep a few lights and appliances going during power outages.
The balcony provides guests with a breathtaking view of the ocean. It's the perfect spot for enjoying a sundowner while listening to the waves crashing in the background. Guests can also casually spot whales from this vantage point. During holiday season there are lifeguards on the beach in front of the house. A restaurant and a small convenience store are located across the road.
