Description

Makhato Lodge 73 is a lovely self-catering home located in the Sondela Nature Reserve near Bela Bela. The Sondela Nature Reserve in the Limpopo Province is a private game reserve just 150 km from Johannesburg, where you can enjoy the tranquillity of the bushveld, encounters with zebra, kudu, impala, and giraffe, or indulge in a spot of birdwatching.

This property can accommodate 6 adults and 2 children, and it comprises 4 en-suite bedrooms. The first bedroom is comfortably furnished with a queen-size bed; the second bedroom has a double bed, while the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. These bedrooms have air conditioning, and the bathrooms are fitted with showers, while one also contains a bath. The fourth bedroom is open and furnished with a child-only bunk bed; it also features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. Quality linen and bath towels are provided.

The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, wine cooler, cutlery, and crockery, as well as a breakfast bar with stools. A washer-dryer combo and a dishwasher are also available in the separate scullery. The adjacent lounge has comfortable couches and a large flat-screen smart TV with DStv channels.

The living area has a stackable door that opens onto the patio with a built-in braai, outside boma, and braai area. Undercover parking for 3 vehicles is provided. Additionally, this property is equipped with backup power and is not affected by power outages.
