The lounge leads through to the separate bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower and toilet. Other in-room facilities include a fitted wardrobe with drawers, and a hairdryer. The adjacent fully equipped kitchen contains a gas oven and hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, toasted sandwich maker, iron, and ironing board. There is a safety deposit box and free Wi-Fi is available in the cottage. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement and additional charges will apply. A battery backup system has been installed for loadshedding.

Located in probably the quietest corner of the property, outside Loerie has a patio and garden with its own brick-built braai facility which has recently been enclosed with fencing to create a pet-friendly area. Upstairs on the second floor is a bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed and a single bed. This bedroom features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower and a toilet. The room presents French doors leading to a large wooden decked balcony at treetop level, with a wonderful view of the garden, dams, and forest. On the ground floor, the second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. This room also features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower and a toilet. This room has access to the tiled patio via the French doors. At the bottom of the stairs is a lounge, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, toasted sandwich maker, gas oven and hob. The lounge presents a flat-screen TV with DStv, and free Wi-Fi, and there is further access via French doors directly to the enclosed section of the patio and garden. From the kitchen, step down into the open-plan lounge and dining area with a flat-screen TV and DStv as well as a cosy open fireplace.
