The location of the premises was perfect but the unit itself was not nice at all. We had a beautiful sea view and we enjoyed breakfast and supper at the balcony. Though I must say the hygiene of the unit was poor, the tiles were a bit sticky to walk bare footed, there was an unpleasant smell in the kitchen that smelled a bit like poo. Outdoor chairs were used in the sitting room instead of comfortable couches. There was no effort at all towards making the bedroom nice and comfortable, very old looking bedding was used. Basically the whole interior of the unit is old fashioned and doesn't have that exciting holiday spirit. Margate is awesome, I just wish we had booked a different unit.
