Description
Whale Loft is a self-catering holiday apartment located in a secure complex in Ramsgate North; with stunning sea views and is only about 100m to the beach.
The apartment has recently been renovated and can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 large bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. Both bedrooms contain a queen-size bed and are fitted with ceiling fans. The modern bathroom is fitted with a bath and a separate shower, a toilet and a washbasin.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area has seating space for 4 people, while the lounge is fitted with 2 couches as well as a flat screen TV with a DVD-player and a full selection of DStv channels (PVR decoder). There is also unlimited WiFi available for your convenience.
The open-plan living area is fitted with a ceiling fan. The lounge door opens onto a balcony featuring a braai and a patio set, as well as a 180° sea view. Secure basement parking is provided for 2 cars or 1 bakkie and a trailer.
The unit is not serviced, but this can be arranged at a fee if required. All linen and bath towels are provided, but please remember to bring your own beach towels.
The unit is pet-friendly with permission.
