Riverside 18 is a beautiful self-catering holiday home located in a quiet neighbourhood in Hermanus, a popular holiday town on the southern coast. This property is ideally suited for friends and family who are looking for a peaceful homebase from which they can explore and enjoy the surrounding area and its activities and attractions.
This double-storey home accommodates up to 6 guests and comprises 3 en-suite bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has access to an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, while the third bedroom contains a bunk bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom that is fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. A guest bathroom with a toilet is also available. Linen and bath towels are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery, tea- and coffee-making facilities, and a dining table. The scullery contains a washing machine, tumble dryer and a dishwasher. The kitchen leads to an open-plan living area with comfortable seating, a TV and a fireplace. The separate living room is furnished with a TV. Should guests want to watch DStv, they are required to bring their own decoder and smart card.
Outside, there is an undercover veranda with outdoor dining set and braai facilities. The house has a spacious garden with a swimming pool and a double garage.
