Skiathos 1 is located in the Skiathos complex in Chakas Rock, which is just a short walk away from the beach via a secure beach gate. It has a tidal pool making this a great option for families with young children.

This ground-floor apartment can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children. It comprises 3 tastefully furnished bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and opens to a large patio. It has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The second and third bedrooms are furnished with 2 single beds each. These rooms share the use of the guest bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. In addition, there’s a washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer for guests’ convenience. It leads out to a 6-seater dining area and further opens up to the lounge furnished with leather couches and a Smart TV with Netflix. The apartment has central air-conditioning. The patio boasts beautiful interrupted sea views with a charcoal braai. Guests can enjoy their morning cup of coffee here, or enjoy a sundowner whilst watching the sunset over the waters.

Guests are afforded secure parking on the premises behind an automated gate, they have 1 undercover parking and unallocated guest parking, which is level with the apartment, therefore, it is wheelchair accessible. The tenants have direct access to the beach and a communal swimming pool. Those who want to venture beyond the beach can head to one of Ballito’s many excellent restaurants.
