Rates displayed on a self-catering basis with heat-and-eat facilities. The facilities include a small fridge, microwave, and a kettle.

House Rules

Cleaning services are not included in the rate however, can be arranged at an additional cost.
Pets are prohibited.
A Speed limit of 10 km/h must be adhered to at all times to ensure the safety of children and pedestrians.
Laundry may not be hung from balconies, windows or doors of any units where it is visible to other residents. A laundry service is available at the resort. More information is available at reception.
Noise levels are to be kept to acceptable standards at all times so as to not cause a disturbance to other residents or guests. Silence must be maintained between 22:00 and 07:00 at all times.
The bush area between the resort and beach are protected areas and therefore may not be used for entertainment or throughfare, except for the designated walking areas.
No food or drink may be consumed while in the swimming pools. The use of glass bottles and glasses in the swimming pool are strictly prohibited.
