The Mini Floridian can accommodate 2 adults and 3 children and has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom fitted with a shower. The main bedroom contains a double bed and the second bedroom contains a bunk bed and a single bed for 3 children. Other in-room facilities include a small kitchen with a fridge and a microwave. Guests can also unwind in the lounge area.

The Miami is a free-standing unit that comprises 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has a bunk bed for 2 children. There is a shared bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. It also features a private patio with a breakfast nook.
