Unpleasant. Upon arrival: the washing machine was not working. The microwave was broken and had to be replaced. The oven had no trays, which had to be bought. The kitchen sink was blocked and had to be fixed. Tenants on the premises were very busy, and the gate was constantly opening and closing to people we did not know or were not introduced to, compromising our safety. The garage doors did not work. We slept in white sheets (upon my request) for 4 nights without them being changed. The trash was not collected throughout our stay. All round terrible experience. This premises is not worth listing.
