Clean, neat, absolutely fantastic place to stay. I will definitely be back! I am very particular and expect the level of service and cleanliness that is advertised. Windor Hotel exceeded this. It is without a doubt probably the best accommodation I have ever stayed in. The staff are extremely respectful, friendly, helpful and trustworthy. The breakfast buffet was so vast, I wished I was hungrier each morning just so I could taste more. The bed was very comfortable and the entire room very clean. We were very impressed. 5 stars.

It was fine once we could get a room in the hotel with a proper bed. The accommodation in the Annex was not good. Beds were far too short for an adult and therefore very uncomfortable. The basin in the bathroom was completely inaccessible as it was in a small alcove - no space for shoulders to fit.

Good afternoon Jean Thank you for your review. Our Annexure Rooms are photographed and the photos are available on the website. It does also show an image of the basin in the bathroom. The hotel has exactly the same beds across all rooms in the hotel - this means that beds in the Annexure and the Sea Facing Room and our apartments are all the same, and we use the exact same linen across the board as well. Lovely old hotel with a great breakfast and friendly staff. This was the second time that we have been at the Windsor, and we are glad that we came back. It was as good as we expected.

Awesome. Excellent way of celebrating my birthday. I was in Cloud Nine, waking up with the rumbling of the sea and a view of the mountains.

Netjiese, vriendelike oorslaapplek met heerlike ontbyt. Alles was netjies en personeel was baie vriendelik. Sal vir seker weer daar oornag.
