Very well located and spacious with everything you may need. Old but very clean house, with the best location you can ask for across the street from Bikini Beach. Everything you might need from plates, cutlery, washing machines, pots and pans and even an ice machine at your disposal.

Die prentjiemooi uitsig maak elke sent werd! Gasvry mense, skoon, volledig toegerus, stapafstand van see, restaurante en winkels. Die prentjiemooi uitsig reg oorkant die strand maak op vir enige tekortkominge (wat daar nie was nie).

It was comfortable, thank you very much. The House was ideal for our group as it was spacious and the location was very convenient. Thank you for the hospitality and making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

'n Baie lekker wegbreek! Die sitkamer, eetkamer en elke slaapkamer in die huis het 'n see-uitsig. My man kon rustig werk vanuit die eetkamer en die see sien terwyl ons op die strand kon speel. Net die buitekamer is bietjie donker. Dit is baie ideaal vir jong kinders aangesien die strand net oor die pad is en die pad glad nie te besig nie. Ons beplan beslis weer om van die verblyf gebruik te maak.

Location was great. We were very disappointed. This could not accommodate 10 people as advertised and we were only 8 - one couple had to find alternative accommodation in the Strand at an extra cost. The flat was rented out and a tiny outside room had no basin - the pipes were sticking out the wall - the shower floor had not been finished - the garage was full of building material so we could not use it at first so the tenant took her car out for us. We had paid in full in August 2016 for this holiday in February 2017 - any alterations should have been done long before that date. I must just thank Shaun at TravelGround for his assistance with sorting out the refund for the one couple that left.

Our house only had 2 bathrooms when the tenant booked the house in August - One family bathroom and one outside bathroom and 3 inside bedrooms and one outside bedroom. This was clearly explained in the website when the tenant booked the house. In January 2017, we decided to build 2 extra bathrooms en suite to the inside bedrooms and to upgrade the outside bathroom and make it en suite to the outside bedroom. When the tenant arrived, he complained about the fact that the outside room did not have a double bed, but only 2 single beds. He also complained about the fact that the one bedroom is outside. He also complained that the bathroom was not finished. The builder did not finish the outside bathroom in time because the wrong basin was chosen and it did not fit. When they arrived there were 4 bathrooms instead of the 2 that was advertised and only one basin was not yet installed. The 4 bathrooms are all now fully operational. The tenant / supervisor of the flatlet on the property do not rent the garage and only use it when no one is booked in the house. She was supposed to remove her car before the tenants arrive, but only removed it after they arrived. The builder also did not remove all the materials in the garage, so I organised for them a double garage for their motor bikes 100 meters from our house. The house was advertised to sleep 10 people - 9 people in the 4 bedrooms and 1 on a sleeper couch in the lounge. After the 2 bathrooms were installed, there are now bedrooms for 8 people and sleeper couches for 2 people. We also upgraded the outside braai area with a permanent grass mat and installed a spotlight. My house was rented to them at R 2200.00 per night for 8-10 people that is R 220.00 -R 275.00 per person per night. This is much cheaper than a 4 sleeper flat for R 3000.00 that is situated close by.
