Nico, was aware that you phoned him after load shedding but unfortunately due to the time, there was no business open to have a look at the DSTV decoder, Nico did go and have a look on Sunday and the DSTV was working. We do ask our sincere apology for this and will make a note that after load shedding the DSTV must just be rebooted again. Regarding the View I did update the Photo because it is just a view of how the building looks from far away. Because Ocean 1 is one building with separate apartments inside. but there are also Photos from the view inside and on the balcony of Alista. Also in the description, it also says that sea view from the side.

Dear Mariska, Sometimes it happens that other people stand on allocated parking spaces, if this is brought to our attention then we will sort it out immediately. In relation to the vomiting in the lobby, we were not aware of anything and it cannot happen often as there are only 3 families in the building but at any time if someone brings something like this to our attention we will address the problem immediately. We rent care units ourselves and therefore they are not cleaned daily but only every 7 days, if you wanted extra cleaning you could have requested it at the office for an extra fee. If you inquired about extra cleaning during your stay, we could have arranged it for you. regards
