Description
Anemoi on Route 44 is a spacious double-story holiday home situated in Pringle Bay - the main beach and lagoon mouth of the Buffels River are 900 m away, making it ideal for a family or group of friends looking for a coastal getaway. Anemoi is situated in the Kogelberg Biosphere which is one of the jewels of nature in the Western Cape.
This holiday home can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large kitchen and an upstairs living & entertainment area. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and washbasin. Both the second and third bedrooms have 1 tri-bunk bed (sleeps 3) and each feature an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and washbasin. There is a guest toilet upstairs.
The spacious upper floor has an open-plan kitchen equipped with a fridge, a gas stove, microwave, toaster, electric frying pan, basic cutlery and crockery, as well as tea and coffee-making facilities. There is also an indoor braai and a breakfast nook in the kitchen extension. The built-in buffet is in easy reach of the kitchen and situated next to the dining room table.
The living area has an 8-seater dining table, couches, a wood-burning heater and another indoor braai. There is also a flat-screen TV with a MiBox, and free Wi-Fi is also available. The upstairs balcony, which leads out from the kitchen extension and lounge area, has a Weber braai and two outdoor bench tables for dining with a view.
The house has its own pool table and is also equipped with a variety of games such as chess, draughts, Roulette, a small table soccer game, plus various card games eg. Uno, Trumps. Guests can also make use of a canoe and paddle ski on the river lagoon. Outside there is a pool and trampoline, a wash line for swimming costumes and towels and an outside shower to wash off the seawater and beach sand..
The property is fully walled with access via an electric gate. There is an electric fence for added security. On-site parking is available.
The house has a guardian's apartment onsite which is screened from the garden and house entrance.
Please respect private areas at the sides and to the rear of the house.
