Personeel baie vriendelik en hulpvaardig. Die woonstel kort baie TLC en 'n skoonmaak. Die stort het gelek en personeel het kom kyk. Sal aandag moet gee aan dit.

Good day Gerda Thank you for your feedback. We have just had family there that went to sort everything out including the shower and scrubbed the whole place. It now looks brand new. It is hard with us not being on site and not within reach however we are lucky to have family who can help. We hope to host you again in the near future, take care.

It suited our needs. We did have a problem with the fridge/freezer which resulted in our meat defrosting. We had to cook it all at once to save it. There is also a vast mismatch between the actual inventory and the list. Be sure to check this.

Terrible. We arrived on Tuesday afternoon on our honeymoon. We noticed that evening that there was a problem with the hot water pressure. On Wednesday morning I saw the plumber replacing the geyser in another unit and asked him to assist, he said he would report it to the caretaker. After sending an email to the owner as well nothing was attended to until Friday evening but the problem was still not rectified. Felt totally embarrassed taking my new wife on honeymoon and we had to wash in the basin. Will not recommend Beach House 22.

I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay and I apologise again for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, the man you spoke to was not a plumber he was the owner of the other unit. As soon as my manager was made aware she was phoning plumbers and unfortunately St Lucia is limited when it comes to qualified people to do the job. The geyser needed a replacement and we had to order one. My manager also stated that she was only made aware of this the day before your departure. I offered a discount on a future stay as an apology which unfortunately was turned down however, we will still hold this for you should you change your mind. This was completely out of my hands as an owner and I tried my best to rectify it however it was difficult to do that during your stay. The rest of the complex was also full otherwise we would have moved you to another unit. We pride ourselves on making sure our guests are comfortable and happy and always ask that if there are any issues please make us aware of them straight away.

Gerieflik en voldoende. Baie gerieflik en van pas vir 'n klein gesin. Die waterdruk in die stort is bietjie swak, maar anders was alle verwagtings voldoen. Baie lekker gekuier en sal beslis weer kom.

Great all round. Very nice place, would definitely have slept better if there was a queen size bed in the main room as a double is very small for two adults.

Die woonstel was netjies en skoon, en die atmosfeer in die kompleks is baie ontspanne en vriendelik. Ongelooflike mooi omgewing en pragtige strande.

Thank you for your feedback, unfortunately, no places in St Lucia have a sea view. We are hoping the estuary view will get better now that the mouth is open again
