Buffalo Brooke, situated in the Mjejane Game Reserve, is perched on the scenic banks of one of the Kruger National Park's greatest rivers, the Crocodile River, and is surrounded by tens of thousands of hectares of raw African wilderness. It is here that places of water are places of life. It is here that all forms of wildlife are drawn to the riverine habitat to feed and to quench their thirst. It is here that the paths of predators and prey cross. It is here that life and death are close companions. It is here that you are assured of a breathtaking wildlife experience.
Buffalo Brooke accommodates up to 10 guests in 5 private bedrooms. Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath, plus an inside and outside shower along with a patio looking onto the Crocodile River. The long passage of the house opens up to a large lounge and dining room area where visitors can enjoy a sunset drink while watching a variety of bird and animal life. This room further extends to an enormous patio with an infinity pool and braai area where many a bush story has been shared.
This self-catering house features air-conditioning, ceiling fans, satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen and bar, as well as maid service daily, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays.
Buffalo Brooke is in Big 5 territory at its best. As the sun sets over the Kruger National Park at the end of another remarkable day, the river will carry your cares away and Africa will be in your blood forever.
Buffalo Brooke has an advanced solar and battery back up support system. In the event of load-shedding/power cuts or extreme weather conditions, critical aspects of the function will ensure that fridges, lights, plugs and bedroom fans continue to function.
