Ware ontspanning! Hierdie is nou beslis een bestemming wat geen leë beloftes gemaak het nie. Alles was soos dit geadverteer was. Gemaklik, netjies, skoonmaakdiens en 'n paar treë van die strand af. Die eenheid het alles gehad wat ons nodig het. Sonder snuisterye en tierlantyntjies wat 'n mens bang is die kinders gaan dit breek!

It was awesome staying there. Friendly neighbours taking care of visitors. It was relaxing and a very nice place to stay at. The beach is close by. It's clean and very safe.

Intrusive and disrespectful invasion of privacy overshadowed any positives. Unfortunately, my experience at [ Cabana Mio Holiday Apartments] fell far below expectations. The major issue was the invasion of privacy - it was alarming to discover that staff entered our apartment without our consent while we were out, making us feel uncomfortable and intruded upon. Additionally, the cleaning staff entered while we were present, which was not only disruptive but also disrespectful of our privacy. While the accommodations themselves may have been satisfactory, the lack of respect for guests' privacy overshadowed any positive aspects of our stay. I strongly urge the management to reevaluate their policies regarding guest privacy and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Overall, I cannot recommend [insert name of the place] based on my experience, and I advise potential guests to consider alternative accommodations where their privacy is respected.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused by the entry of staff in your presence, as well as in your absence. It has always been the policy of Cabana Mio management to attend to the cleaning of rooms from 9am until 12noon in the mornings for all the holiday units. We have never before had a complaint such as yours and your feedback on how to address this matter would be appreciated. We will make sure that all units are equipped with 'Please make up the rooms' and 'Please do not disturb' hanger signage to try and avoid similar mishaps in the future.
