Our stay at Gatz Guest House was great. We really enjoyed it. You have a very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was great. Please try to keep your pool cleaner.

It was amazing, the staff were so kind, helpful and of great assistance. I actually felt at home. What amazed me was the food, beyond my imagination. We felt like Kings and Queens when we had our breakfast and dinner. Upon enquiries, they would advise us on tourist attractions in the area. I promised them, that I would get married at Gatz.

We have mixed feelings about the place. We booked five rooms and all had issues - doors, shower doors, door handles or cupboards were broken. Some showers were not working properly. Some mattresses were hard. No bed lamps. Plates were chipped at breakfast. The place needs serious maintenance. Otherwise, it has aircon, DSTV and the outside venue and communal areas are lovely. Breakfast was lovely too.

Lovely guesthouse, unfortunately not a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Gatz Guest House is lovely and is a great stay, unfortunately the location is not so ideal. Safety-wise, absolutely no problem, but it is next to the settlement and the weekend was just a full-on party with loud music. This made sleeping a bit restless.

Good. We had a good time, just a few hiccups here and there, TVs not working, no lights in bathrooms, but overall the staff was great and helpful and tried to put us at ease.

Mooi plek, maar diens is glad nie so goed nie. Ontbyt is ingesluit by die prys. Die sjef begin eers om 8 uur werk, dit was vooraf gereël dat ons vroeg soggens moet ry, dus geen ontbyt die eerste dag nie. Daarna het hulle 'n ete gepak om saam te neem. Daar is 'n restaurant, maar geen etes was beskikbaar nie omdat daar te min gaste was, en in die omgewing is nie juis plekke waar ons kon gaan eet nie.

It was not comfortable and disappointed. The long wait at the gate before someone can open the gate poses a safety risk. Booked two deluxe rooms. I had to settle for 1 deluxe and 1 standard because there was a double booking for 2 clients. The place needs to be maintained; some lights are not working, our toilet was leaking and making noise the whole night. I enjoyed the breakfast though; it was fresh and wholesome.
