Holladay is a newly renovated family holiday home in the picturesque Outeniqua Strand, only 200 meters from the beach. This stylish property is perfect for extended families or groups of friends looking for a tranquil retreat near the ocean. With its modern amenities and prime location, guests can enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay. Just one street separates the home from the pristine beach and the clear blue waters of the Indian Ocean, with the soothing sound of waves audible from the front door.
This house can accommodate 13 adults and a baby and comprises 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite shower. The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-size bed and they share the use of a large bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet, and basin. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite shower. Upstairs, are the fifth and sixth bedrooms. furnished with a bunk bed and single bed, while the sixth bedroom has a queen-size bed. They share the use of another bathroom fitted with a bath and shower, Linen and bath towels are provided, however, guests must bring their own swimming towels. A baby cot can also be made available in one of the rooms.
The main kitchen downstairs is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, and features a dishwasher for guests’ convenience. It extends to the dining area and further to the lounge furnished with comfy couches and a large smart TV. There is a large indoor braai. Complimentary Wi-Fi access is available.
There is another lounge with seating and a smart TV, as well as a kitchenette upstairs. The open-plan lounge walks out onto a lovely deck area. This property has a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer outside. There is also an outside bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet. There are green lawns at the front and at the back of the house.
