Spotless, stunning views, welcoming atmosphere - like visiting friends! Our 10th wedding anniversary at L'Abri was truly unforgettable. The day before our trip, the owner kindly reached out to thank us for our booking and express her excitement about our stay. I mentioned that it was our anniversary and promised to message her when we were on our way from Cape Town. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted, who made us feel instantly at home. She welcomed us with a beautiful bouquet of deep pink roses and a handwritten note—such a thoughtful gesture. The room was cool, with windows open to let in the fresh air, and cold water waiting in the fridge, which was a much-needed refreshment after our hot journey. The cottage was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with everything we might need, including extra crisp bedding, an iron, wood for the braai, and an excellent selection of coffee and milk. The appliances were pristine, and everything was fully functional. The location was ideal, just a 5-minute drive from all the attractions of Langebaan, yet the estate itself provided a peaceful retreat for walks. We enjoyed seeing springbok, ostriches, and wild tortoises during our stroll. The heated pool with spacious lounges was the perfect spot to relax by the water. The cottage was beautifully maintained, with stunning handcrafted wood furniture made by the owner. Staying at L'Abri felt like visiting a close friend—both the home and the cottage exuded a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It’s a rare gift to feel so comfortable and cared for in such a special place.

The stay was amazing. The stay was very comfortable and we felt at home. I highly recommend L'Abri due to the peace and excellent view from our bedroom.

Perfect for the occasion - our anniversary. Definitely met my expectations for the stay I had in mind. Perfect for couples looking to catch up on some quality time. Loved the privacy it offers. A really beautiful property with friendly hosts.

Ontspannend, "Wow", rustig, romanties, voel soos huis. Ons het baie lekker by L'Abri gebly, al was dit 1 aand, het dit gevoel of ons die hele naweek daar was.
