Good afternoon, Trust you are well. At the onset I am perplexed, to say the least and the abovementioned review. If I recall when I called you back you mentioned the TV was simply on the wrong channel. Furthermore at that stage and for the duration of your stay not once did you mention anything about a rodent on the table or anything of the sort? In fact, you confirmed that you were both extremely happy and comfortable. I really wish you had brought this to our attention during one of our many chats during your stay. Might I enquire what type of rodent and did you take a photo perhaps to assist me in identifying it, also which table is the inside or outside table? We do however sincerely apologise for your experience Kind regards, Warren
