Good afternoon,
As the agent for Malibu 4, I would like to provide some clarification on your message regarding your stay at Malibu 4 in June 2024.
The unit is advertised as self-catering, which means it includes your own cleaning supplies, towels, and so on.
Regarding the cleaners, we don't offer cleaning services for the duration that you occupy the unit.
However, Malibu's own cleaners clean the units while they are occupied, but it is not their responsibility to extensively clean the units, such as washing dishes, bathrooms, etc. Their main duty is to clean the units' floors.
