Mountain Rise is a renovated 6 room cottage set in one and a quarter acres of prime real estate overlooking the ocean. With mountains behind and a stunning sea view in front, Victorskloof is the most sought after location in Hout Bay. The guest house is located close to Cape Town central via the stunning Atlantic seaboard road past Camps Bay and Clifton. Hout Bay is easily accessible via Constantia Nek to the southern suburbs.
The cottage comprises of 2 bedrooms sleeping 2 and 3 people respectively. It also features a bathroom which includes a bath and shower as well as a kitchen with stove and appliances. There is also a separate dining room and a large lounge leading to the main patio. Security is 100% with sliding security gates, burglar proofing and alarm. The driveway gate is operated by remote and there is room for 1 car inside the property. The owners are in a separate house in the grounds and are available at most times to assist with any queries.
Facilities include 42" flat screen TV, DVD and HiFi in the lounge. The property has high speed 100 MB fibre and supplies WiFi throughout the cottage.
Hout Bay's glorious beach is set between the towering Sentinel on the one side and the world famous Chapman's Peak drive on the other. From Mountain Rise the ocean is framed on both sides by mountains with a view to die for. The cottage has a full length patio to enjoy early morning breakfast or evening sundowners.
