San Lameer Villa 3413 is an exclusive self-catering villa located in San Lameer Estate. Situated on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal, this subtropical paradise with wildlife, fauna, flora and birds, has something to offer the whole family. The 200-hectare nature conservancy boasts an 18-hole championship golf course; a hotel with a spa, restaurant and bar; luxury villas and direct access to 2 blue flag beaches.

This villa can accommodate 4 guests at a time and comprises 2 en-suite bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and features an en-suite shower. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds and has a full en-suite bathroom. Quality linen and bath towels are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.

The air-conditioned living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, bar fridge, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. A dishwasher and washer and dryer combo are available. Leading from the kitchen is a dining table with ample seating for everyone to enjoy their meals together. The cosy lounge space has comfy seating and a TV.

Outside is a covered patio with an outdoor dining table with a built-in braai which is a great spot for guests to enjoy some quality time together.

Relax at the estate's communal swimming pools or spoil yourself with beautiful views. San Lameer also offers expansive leafy surroundings, gardens for picnics, a children’s play area, bicycles for hire, a fishing dam and a bird viewing dam.
