I understand that mid-winter in the Western Cape can be quite cold! I want to assure you that we did provide a thick blanket and additional fleece blanket that was on the bed with your arrival for your use during your stay. Perhaps we could have done a better job in providing additional blankets, especially to a guest that is from another province, who is not familiar with this cold weather. We regarded the air conditioner in the living area as efficient enough to mitigate the cold with the heating option. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration to ensure our unit is cozy and comfortable for all our guests, regardless of the season.
