Description
Spoorsnyertjie is a 4-sleeper, self-catering house in Marloth Park, and is situated close to the river.
Air-conditioned for comfort, the house has 2 rooms that share the use of 2 bathrooms; 1 with a shower and the other with a bath. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed, and the other 2 each have twin beds. For convenience, linen and towels are provided.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a stove and oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, as well as a washing machine. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table, and guests can relax in the lounge which is equipped with a TV with DStv.
Guests can cool down in the splash pool, and make use of the fenced braai areas. Secure parking is also available. The house is equipped with an alarm and armed response, and the house is serviced weekly. The house is cleaned before arrival and on departure, but if the booking lasts longer than a week, bed linen is changed and cleaned every week.
Spoorsnyertjie is just a short walk from the river where guests will be able to view rhinos, buffalo, wild dogs, and elephants and at night guests will be able to hear the lions roar. Animals roam freely and guests may have the opportunity to see zebras, kudus, bucks and possibly even lions. Guests with experience in tracking would really enjoy the area. The house is also frequented by bush babies.
The unit also uses borehole water as a backup if the park is without water and solar power if loadshedding occurs.
