Truly a place of wonder.

I had messed up my days that I was going to be staying there, and the staff there were very nice and accommodating and let me take the room anyway. The room was really exquisite and clean. The restaurant, by far, and the beautiful scenery, was breathtaking. The mountains in the morning covered in mist really made me think I was in a fantasy world. Truly a place of sheer wonder and will be back again.

Overpriced. Misleading Facebook marketing.

Very disappointed with the size of the resort and the quality of accommodation for the price. It was very cramped. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I would prefer a separate braai for each chalet. There is a need for more seating at the riverbank.

Ons het 1 nag oorgebly. Die omgewing by die oord is pragtig.

Die hoofslaapkamer is hopeloos te klein en beknop. Daar is nie genoeg spasie vir 2 bedkassies/tafels nie. Kouekraan in badkamer in ons eenheid was buite werking. Daar is net te veel dinge wat aandag nodig het. Aan die positiewe kant: die bed, beddegoed en handdoeke was 'n pluspunt!

Lekker gebly.

Lekker gebly. Vriendelike, behulpsame personeel. Ons was 4 volwassenes. Dit het snaaks gevoel dat 2 in leefarea moes slaap.

Absolutely amazing. I have no complaints whatsoever. Thank you.

The place is reasonably quiet, clean and accessible. The staff is friendly and always willing to help.

Disappointed.

My door was not able to lock - nothing was done about this when I asked for assistance as I did not feel safe sleeping with an unlocked door. The room smelled of wet dog. We think it was the rug next to the bed where a dog may have been laying. The nearby town was incredibly loud throughout the night - music blasting and people shouting. We saw a man driving around town hitting dogs with a whip. This was very upsetting (not that it has anything to do with our stay at the resort, but the location matters if people are considering where they want to go to escape and relax). We could also hear every sound from every neighbour - every footstep, spoken word, movement, everything. The cold water did not work in my room and the hot water did not work in my friend's room. We asked for assistance, but nothing was done. Her fridge was also broken, the air-con didn't work, bathroom tap kept twisting, and bedding was dirty. The WiFi worked when we arrived, then stopped working for the rest of our stay.

Clean, comfortable accommodation.

A clean comfortable venue, with excellent views. My only suggestion would be to consider sound proofing the walls. This would greatly reduce the sound coming from neighbouring rooms.

Lekker houthut en gerieflik.

Lekker kuier en hulp van bestuur, ons sê opreg dankie vir die hulp toe ons ons beursie in die kamer vergeet het. Ons is dadelik gehelp en toe ons terugdraai daarvoor en niks was weg. Baie dankie, ons waardeer dit opreg.
