Description
Ocean Tides 62 is a modern style three-bedroom holiday house set in a secure complex, closely located to the beach in Big Bay, a coastal suburb in well-known Cape Town.
The main bedroom has a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a balcony with partial views of the ocean and Table Mountain. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has 1 3/4 bed and a small desk for business purposes. There is a second bathroom with a bath and shower downstairs.
The living area has an open-plan layout that comprises a kitchen, dining, reading, and lounge area. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the necessary features, such as a microwave, fridge-freezer, oven and hob, kettle, Nespresso machine, and more. The lounge is equipped with an L-shaped couch and chairs, a flat-screen TV, and a streaming media player. This all leads out to a covered patio area which includes a built-in braai, gas braai, a heated swimming pool, and lawn.
The complex is ideally located near the famous Eden on the Bay complex, Table Bay Mall, and the beach.
